Our laboratory is accredited with MS ISO/IEC 17025 (SAMM No. 780) and equiped with the following facilities:

a) one unit of full size vertical furnace

• capable of meeting stringent requirements of BS 476 Part 20 and Part 22 as well as BS EN 1364 Part 1
• to test fire retention properties of non load bearing building materials include wall and wall related components

b) one unit of full size horizontal furnace

• capable of meeting stringent requirements of BS 476 Part 20 and Part 22 as well as BS EN 1364 Part 2
• to test fire retention properties of non load bearing building materials include ceiling and related components.

c) facilities to determine dimension, compressive strength and moisture movement of masonry cement unit

• that meets MS 1933 parts 1, 14 and 16 requirements
